This fat loss program has been developed with over a decade of health and wellness experience and explores body composition management from a uniquely female perspective.

What’s included

  • Bi-weekly meal plans are provided to help you enjoy your food, solidify new cooking habits, and reduce the overall mental load that is constant meal planning.

  • Every meal plan comes with a detailed grocery list so you know exactly what to buy week-to-week.

  • 1 hour workshop each week that approach fat loss from a uniquely female perspective. We will explore topics such as hormonal fluctuations and fat loss, movement, supplementation, building solid habits and more.

  • Every week the workshop is broken down into a weekly booklet for quick and easy referencing, so you don't have to go back and watch all 60 minutes to get answers.

  • Making a weekly hour long commitment can feel overwhelming, so to make it feel a little less intense, each week is recorded (audio & video) so you can come back and listen/watch when it's most convenient for you.

  • I want to make sure ALL of your questions are answered. Each week we will have a Q&A session where you can ask me anything that's been on your mind.

  • Have a bigger question or just don't feel comfortable speaking in a group you can email me anytime with your questions and I'm here to help.

The fall cohort begins October 16th at 7 pm EST.

All program meet-ups will occur on Wednesday evenings at 7pm EST via Zoom.

Body compositions will be scheduled after you register for the program. They will take place on October 19th and November 16th. A separate link will be sent to participants.

FAQs

I’m not perimenopausal or menopausal is this program still for me?

Yes, this program goes through peak hormonal years to menopause to provide you with the most well rounded view of what fat loss and body composition shifting can look like in all stages of female hormonal life. This program is made to offer you information as you move through life, not just to provide you with a snap shot.

Do I need to attend the workshop live?

In short, no. All portions of this program will be recorded for your ease in viewing. Although I love to see all of your faces you don’t need to show up live to get the most out of this program. I am available to ask questions to via email whenever you need me, and video recordings are offered to reduce stress and scheduling for you.

I have dietary restrictions will th e meal plans take that into account?

The meal plans are generalized to help provide delicious, approachable and nourishing meals to the widest audience possible. That said you will have access to ME (Healing Ginger) and I am always happy to offer you substitutions and help you find meals and combinations that will work for you.

I’ve done so many diets why is this different?

First off, this isn’t a diet. I am teaching you tools to help you shift your perspective, habits and relationship with food so you are able to build sustainable and lasting results. This program doesn’t rely on quick fixes or gimmicks and like everything Healing Ginger is firmly routed in an anti-diet culture approach to health, nutrition and well-being.

I don’t have time to make everything from scratch will I have to?

Absolutely not! The meal plans and recipes are offered to you as inspiration of what types of foods and food combinations you could be eating, but you will also be provided with other tools and guidance on how to use pre-made items, eat out/order in and all around live a nourishing and realistic life. This program will not demonize foods, eating at restaurants or relying on packaged food items.

Will I have to buy hundreds of dollars worth of supplements?

Nope, not at all. We will discuss supplementation, what works and what might be worth the money, but this is not where we start. The program is focused on helping you develop sustainable habits and that means affordable, which means we will start with what you eat, how you rest, and how you move.
